Back in March 2018, the leading emerging technologies & fintech think-tank, Chamber of Digital Commerce (based in Washington DC) published my article on a rarely discussed topic: the interplay between open source licensing & patents.

I discuss the relationship between open source licensing and patent protection and management of the two seemingly opposite fields of intellectual property.
